Align Stationers does its best to keep accurate prices displayed at all times. Due to the constant price changes from suppliers, we cannot always keep to the displayed pricing.
The current pricing of the products will be confirmed on receipt of your order request. We will confirm all orders with clients before orders are processed.
Actual pricing of products might differ to the displayed pricing on the online shop and we will adjust it accordingly and confirm this with you before processing your order.

APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Align Stationers or to products you purchase through Align Stationers shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Pretoria, South Africa, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Align Stationers Online Shop’s intellectual property rights, Align Stationers may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in South Africa, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of an independent arbitrator. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Align Stationers holds the right to cancel any order which we might suspect to be fraudulent. No cancellations will be accepted on items which had to be specially ordered. Should an order be cancelled after our drivers have been dispatched to deliver, the client will be held responsible for the cancellation fee. Orders cancelled timorously, will not be penalised.
